Job Description 

• Support design, planning and implementation of on-going interventions.
• Prepare project materials including presentations, templates and concepts to deliver activities.
• Contribute to designing and implementing research studies including research design, tools development, data analysis and drafting reports.
• Co-design/facilitate/ deliver workshops, public events and project meetings.
• Coordinate and provide support to partners through design, delivery and monitoring of work plans. 
• Travel extensively for activities implementation, monitoring and data collection. 
• Co-manage/facilitate vendors and subcontractors of the project - as and when required.
• Organize and maintain project repository; related documentation, field action plans/ reports.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Must be results-driven.
• Proven experience in intervention programming and delivery.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, presentation and writing abilities.
• Must be a pro-active individual, with a can-do and flexible attitude.
• Must be willing and able to travel.
• Must give attention to detail.

It is expected that a Senior Associate will have between 4-10 years of relevant work experience. Work within the health or polio program within any province of Pakistan will be considered specifically beneficial.
