Overview Of The Role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and optimizing our backend infrastructure to drive innovation, scalability, and performance. What You Will Be Expected To Perform
- Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and infrastructure using Php Laravel, Node.js
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to define requirements, plan projects, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, optimize backend services, and implement best practices to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of our platform and services
- Security and Compliance: Ensure backend systems adhere to security standards, protocols, and compliance requirements, implementing robust security measures to protect data and systems.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in backend development, driving innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in backend engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Php, Laravel, Node.js, MySql, Docker, AWS.
- Good to have HTML, CSS and react.JS
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
