Senior Backend Engineer - (Python/Go)

We are seeking a highly ambitious and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to own the social presence for our portfolio of innovative, AI-first products. You will be a key driver of our growth, using a cutting-edge AI tool stack to create content that not only captivates but converts. Your mission is to build a direct line from social media activity to our bottom line.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python(Flask) or Golang.
• Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems for large-scale data processing and transactions.
• Apply design patterns and best practices to ensure maintainability, testability, and reusability of code.
• Work with relational and non-relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) for data modeling, optimization, and query performance tuning.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure system security, performance, and availability through monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Golang (knowledge of both is a plus).
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Strong grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, and system architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
