Job Description:

As a Senior Business Analyst at The Company, you will play a crucial role in understanding and optimizing our business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop strategic insights, and ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable insights.
• Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
• Assist in the development and execution of business strategies in line with company goals.
• Train and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 10am-7pm
