We are looking forward to expanding our sales team with two Senior Business Development Associates to sustain and contribute to our growth in North America, Europe, and MENA.
What will you do:
● Drive outreach efforts to find and engage potential clients using emails, calls, and networking.
● Qualify then nurture leads by addressing client needs with Langspire’s solutions, building trust and driving business growth.
● Keep up a consistent outreach routine, with a high volume of cold calls and emails, to warm up prospects and create new business opportunities, directly impacting Langspire's sales and revenue.
● Spot and seize on new market opportunities, developing strategies to support Langspire's growth efforts.
● Use sales data to improve processes, making sales efforts more efficient and effective.
● Craft compelling proposals in response to RFPs issued by businesses and government entities, showcasing Langspire's capabilities and solutions to secure new contracts and partnerships.
● Work closely with internal teams to align on messaging and campaigns, ensuring a unified approach to client engagement.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in CRM.
● Continuously learn about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product
offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance
indicators (KPIs).
What makes you a great fit for our team:
● 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the B2B Tech sector.
● Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume sales environment.
● Ability to execute basic data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability
to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities and deadlines.
● Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in
a dynamic environment.
● Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, SalesForce, or other similar other sales tools.
● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Minimum of 16 years of formal education.
