Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to AI-first development philosophy—you should think in terms of AI solutions before traditional coding approaches
• Minimum 4 years of battle-tested experience in server-side web application development
• Proven track record building robust, enterprise-grade B2B applications
• Deep expertise in cloud-native and serverless architectures, particularly within the AWS ecosystem
• Advanced proficiency with modern AI coding assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
