Position: Senior Consultant Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
Location: Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Multan
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the full lifecycle of CRM projects, from requirements gathering to deployment, and will work across multiple phases including planning, analysis, design, build, and testing. The role will involve designing and implementing scalable, upgradable, and supported customizations to align with the product roadmap while adhering to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the detailed design and development of solutions based on business requirements, ensuring proper support through the entire lifecycle, including construction and deployment.
Advocate and implement standard methodologies for developing scalable solutions that align with the product roadmap, ensuring supported and upgradable customizations/implementations.
Contribute to all phases of CRM projects, including Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of common industry-standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE and ensure their integration into solutions.
Apply expertise in working on full life cycle implementations of Dynamics CRM/365, including modules such as Field Services.
Leverage experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (including PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate), and Dataverse for solution delivery.
Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE, including Plugins, Customer Workflows, JavaScript, and Web API integration.
Utilize expertise in reporting architecture, including SSRS and Power BI, to build effective reporting solutions.
Bring expertise from working in a SaaS environment, leveraging technologies such as SQL Server, HTML, C#, .NET, and AngularJS.
Demonstrate experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other applications and services.
Lead data migration initiatives, including data analysis, data mappings, and data harmonization, using both OOB and custom solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including experience in the full lifecycle of implementations across multiple versions (e.g., Dynamics 365 CRM, Field Services).
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 CRM, Field Services, and other related modules.
- Strong experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI and data visualization
- Solid knowledge of software development technologies including SQL Server, HTML, C#, .NET, and AngularJS.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Familiarity with security and compliance best practices in cloud-based CRM systems.
