Key Responsibilities (Include all existing responsibilities from the Contract Support role, plus the following):
Serve as the first point of contact for the regional team, providing guidance and support.
Assist the CS Lead in meeting deadlines and achieving team objectives.
Maintain and update training materials and oversee the onboarding of new team members.
Ensure the timely completion and accuracy of weekly reporting.
Analyse Corrigo data to identify trends and areas of focus.
Act as a Safety Champion, driving engagement with incident reporting and good catch initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with vendors in collaboration with operational leads.
Identify and escalate risks to the CS Lead or relevant stakeholders as needed.
Requirements (Include all existing requirements from the Contract Support role, plus the following):
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
Experience in creating and maintaining training materials.
Ability to analyse data and identify trends.
Strong decision-making skills, especially in managing risks.
