Senior Creative Executive

Arrivy is looking for a highly skilled and strategically minded "Senior Creative Executive" to lead the visual direction of our brand across digital platforms in Lahore. This is a cross-functional role that sits at the heart of marketing, working closely with content, product, and leadership to develop impactful visual communication for a growing SaaS company. From shaping our brand identity to designing high-converting landing pages and overseeing the visual layer of content marketing, this role will play a critical part in how customers perceive and interact with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the visual identity of the brand across all customer-facing channels - web, social, campaigns, and in-product experiences
• Design and develop marketing collateral, including digital ads, email campaigns, social graphics, pitch decks, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to design UI/UX elements that support a consistent and engaging user journey
• Design and maintain website landing pages optimized for performance and brand consistency
• Support the content marketing strategy by creating visuals for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and video content
• Create or guide production of illustrations, iconography, and motion graphics to elevate storytelling across mediums
• Ensure brand consistency in all creative outputs, and continuously raise the bar on design quality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in a design or creative role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment
• Strong understanding of visual communication, marketing design principles, and user-centered design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Demonstrated experience in creating brand assets, UI/UX designs, and digital marketing creatives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with SaaS customer journeys and how visual design supports marketing performance and engagement
