Your Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance leadership capabilities and employer branding, establishing us as a top workplace in Pakistan’s logistics industry.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide HR solutions that drive organizational performance and support business growth objectives.
- Adapt regional/global HR initiatives to local operations while ensuring alignment with Pakistan’s business needs and labor regulations.
- Coach senior leaders and managers on modern leadership practices, emotional intelligence, and performance-driven team management to elevate organizational effectiveness.
- Build a future-ready talent pipeline by identifying high-potentials, designing accelerated career paths, and implementing succession plans with clear readiness metrics for all critical roles.
- Drive a culture of continuous growth through leadership academies, mentoring programs, and competency-based development initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Implement and locally adapt regional/global compensation frameworks, ensuring compliance with Pakistan’s labor laws while providing market-specific insights to optimize talent retention strategies.
- Champion a high-performance culture by establishing clear service excellence standards, quality metrics, and efficiency initiatives while fostering diversity, equity and inclusion through targeted programs, leadership modeling, and policy enhancements.
- Lead the employee voice strategy through comprehensive engagement surveys, translating insights into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs to continuously elevate workplace experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure full legal compliance by proactively monitoring Pakistan’s evolving labor legislation, wage regulations, and industry benchmarks, implementing necessary policy adjustments to mitigate risk.
- Optimize HR operations by aligning all policies, procedures, and systems with both legal mandates and regional/global HR standards while addressing local market realities.
- Drive HR team performance through clear KPIs, individual objectives (IKOs), and targeted capability-building programs to enhance departmental effectiveness.
- Strengthen HR competencies by conducting regular skills gap analyses and implementing tailored training interventions for continuous professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g. MBA) is preferred.
- At least 15-20 years of experience in a HR leadership role.
- Demonstrated mastery across all technical HR domains including organizational change management, end-to-end talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations.
- Exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness, and empathy.
- Analyze and resolve complex cross-functional issues.
- Well-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
- Excellent organization, written & oral communication, facilitation & team coordination/leadership skills.
