Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Shift Timings:

• Summer: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

• Winter: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Quality Engineer (US Construction) with strong expertise in General Contracting (GC), including MEP trades. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in estimation and QA processes, preferably on US-based projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of estimation deliverables, while maintaining the highest standards of quality within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify material takeoffs, estimates, and bid documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Conduct QA/QC checks on estimation deliverables across all GC and MEP trades.

• Identify discrepancies, errors, or scope gaps in drawings, specifications, and cost data.

• Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and supervisors to ensure corrective actions.

• Develop and enforce QA processes, checklists, and SOPs for estimation.

• Maintain documentation of audits, reviews, and “Lessons Learned” for continuous improvement.

• Support risk analysis by highlighting inconsistencies that may affect costs or schedules.

• Provide mentorship and feedback to the estimation team regarding QA standards.

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, client expectations, and industry best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in estimation and QA (US-based project experience preferred).

• Strong expertise in General Contracting (GC) including MEP works.

• Proficiency in PlanSwift, MS Office, and estimation/QA tools/software.

• Excellent analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication, leadership, and documentation abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Prior experience in QA/QC for estimation departments is highly desirable.
