On this journey, you will report to Manager AP Service Delivery (indirect) - Platform

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day invoice processing including 3-way matching, payment and month end task accurately
• Making sure that KPIs and SLAs are followed at all times
• Work closely, coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Smooth and proper handling of stakeholders inquiry
• Perform the month end closing process and reconciliation of the ledgers
• Maintain a positive team climate where employees collaborate and share
• Maintain proper documentation and record keeping with accuracy and integrity
• Support and demonstrate a can-do attitude for process initiatives and improvements
• Continuous improvement of the end-to-end Account Payable process
• Other AP related processes
  
  

What you need to be successful

Your Role In This Journey Requires The Following

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy or any related Finance business courses
• With at least 1-2 years of working experience is similar field
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Proficient in using excel (e.g. pivot, vlookup etc.)
• Experience in using accounting/ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
