We are looking for a results-driven Senior Executive – Learning & Development to support and execute impactful learning initiatives. You will play a vital role in developing and delivering engaging learning experiences that support employee growth, performance, and organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content accuracy, user access, and reporting.
- Design and deliver training programs across onboarding, functional skills, soft skills, and leadership development.
- Develop high-quality learning materials including e-learning modules, presentations, and training guides.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions to support employee learning and engagement.
- Assess learning needs in collaboration with stakeholders and recommend effective training solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Support vendor coordination, training logistics, and contribute to L&D communications and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role, with hands-on LMS experience.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in instructional design, content development tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in data-driven reporting and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced environment.
