Pay: 450,000 PKR per month

As we scale, we need top-tier engineers who excel at building robust architectures, optimizing performance, and designing scalable solutions from the ground up.

• Develop & scale modern web applications using React.js, FastAPI, and TypeScript
• Architect & optimize backend services and APIs for high performance and scalability
• Design & maintain complex database infrastructures, ensuring efficiency, security, and reliability
• Lead database schema design & engineering to handle large-scale, high-throughput operations
• Work closely with AI & data teams to integrate analytics and machine learning workflows
• Enhance UI/UX using modern front-end frameworks like Tailwind (nice to have)
• Optimize system performance across the stack, ensuring speed, reliability, and security

Strong JavaScript & TypeScript expertise – React.js, SCSS

Expert-level Python knowledge – FastAPI

Deep expertise in database engineering – Schema design, indexing, query optimization, and scalability

Experience designing high-performance, scalable backend architectures

Strong API development & integration skills

Ability to work in a fast-moving, highly autonomous environment

Data analytics / AI experience – familiarity with machine learning workflows

Next.js & Tailwind CSS – modern UI/UX best practices

Django knowledge – understanding of full-stack Python frameworks

Cloud database experience – PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, caching layers, and distributed storage
