Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Lahore. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems to ensure seamless functionality and user experience. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing software performance, integrating APIs, and troubleshooting across the stack. The engineer will also contribute to refining processes, implementing best practices, and mentoring junior developers as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Asp .Net core
• Proficiency in React.js or Next.js
• Have prior experience of leading a team of engineers
• Experience with Software Development processes and techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor less experienced team members
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
