We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Pakistan, Lahore. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and sales-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales and marketing of our range of flavor to prospect and existing clients in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for the development of an annual flavor sales budget and reporting on sales budget performance as assigned by Sales Manager
- Responsible for the growth of the business as well as for the profitable performance of the sales, meeting sales target in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for creating marketing opportunity for new products, complementing existing range of products and supporting the regional businesses for expansion and growth
- Identify proactively opportunities for potential product concepts and presentations
- Liaise closely with Head Office and other Affiliates on sales and market information
- Keep abreast of Flavor product trends, concepts and applications and be aware of competitor’s activities
- Support in managing and growing relationships with existing clients. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs for business growth
- Make presentation on the Company’s flavours to the potential clients
- Keeps track of competitors’ sales activities including pricing, new products
- Liaise closely with clients/agents on sales and market information
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years in B2B Sales / Business Development and relevant industry
- Prior exposure working in a multinational companies or FMCG industry would be an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure
- Hands on approach, especially in problem solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, passionate and independent
