Senior Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:
Aqovia is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our commercial growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads across international markets.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline by working closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B technology services, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across target industries including technology, financial services, health, sustainability, and enterprise platforms
- Generate qualified leads through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, market research, and industry platforms
- Build and maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria before handover to the sales team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Schedule meetings, demos, and introductory calls for senior sales or leadership teams
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Continuously optimize lead generation processes based on data and feedback
Sales & Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and brand messaging
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for key target accounts
- Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and client feedback to internal teams
- Assist in refining ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within technology or professional services
- Strong understanding of software development, AI, data, or digital transformation services
- Experience generating leads for international markets (UK, Europe, Middle East, preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to research, qualify, and engage decision-makers and senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
