Senior Manager Sales

Role Overview

As a Senior Manager Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our corporate client base, introducing RDS to new markets, and maximizing sales opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve and exceed sales targets by developing strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients, government, and semi-government organizations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase revenue from existing customers.
• Ensure demand forecasting based on market trends and customer needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback.
• Smart working techniques and emerging sales technologies.
• Enhancing interpersonal skills and professional development.
• Driving innovation in sales strategies and product offerings.
