Job Title: Senior Mobile App Developer (React Native)

We are seeking a Senior Mobile App Developer to lead the architecture and development of large-scale mobile applications. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in React Native and TypeScript, capable of translating complex product requirements into reliable, elegant, and performant mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of mobile applications using React Native (Expo).
• Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, cross-platform solutions.
• Implement scalable architectures, efficient navigation structures, and optimized state management.
• Integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs, authentication, and real-time data features.
• Ensure UI precision and consistency with Figma designs and established brand guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain version control, and mentor junior developers.
• Optimize app performance, address bugs, and manage release cycles for both iOS and Android.
• Contribute to technical documentation and participate in sprint planning and roadmap discussions.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Expertise in React Native, TypeScript, and Expo.
• Strong understanding of API integration, authentication flows, and mobile security practices.
• Experience with Firebase, Supabase, or other backend services.
• Proven ability to deliver production-ready apps to the App Store and Play Store.
• Solid grasp of performance optimization and debugging techniques.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Familiarity with Next.js or web dashboards.
• Knowledge of AI or data-driven features integration.
• Experience with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar state management libraries.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 300,000 PKR/month
• Probation: 3 months (with potential for early confirmation based on performance)
