We’re looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer, a seasoned creative professional who’s not only strategic but thrives on hands-on execution. This is a solo creative role that offers full ownership of all visual design and animation needs across the agency’s clients and internal projects.
Role Overview
As our Senior Multimedia Designer, you’ll be the sole visual storyteller responsible for crafting compelling static and motion design assets. You’ll take the lead on translating briefs into polished visuals, bringing brand narratives to life across paid social, display, web, and video formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently execute all creative needs: graphic design, motion design, video editing, and basic layout for digital campaigns
- Collaborate with strategists and account leads to develop visual concepts that align with campaign objectives
- Develop creative assets for social media ads, email marketing, landing pages, presentations, and display banners
- Animate short-form content for social and paid media using After Effects and similar tools
- Manage multiple client projects while maintaining creative quality, brand consistency, and quick turnarounds
- Keep up with design, animation, and ad creative trends to keep our campaigns fresh and competitive
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5–8 years of professional experience in design and animation, preferably in digital advertising or agency environments
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Experience with Figma/Adobe XD and Google Web Designer is a plus
- Proven ability to create short animated videos, reels, GIFs, and high-performing ad creatives
- Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong time management skills
