Job Summary
The Senior Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of administrative tasks across the organization. This role involves working on attendance systems, supporting administrative projects, visiting production areas to ensure compliance with administrative protocols, and assisting the Senior Admin Manager.

Job Summary
The Senior Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of administrative tasks across the organization. This role involves working on attendance systems, supporting administrative projects, visiting production areas to ensure compliance with administrative protocols, and assisting the Senior Admin Manager.
Major Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the Attendance System Management, ensure accuracy, generate, and analyze attendance reports and resolve attendance-related queries
- Visit production areas ensure compliance with EHS & administrative standards and report any administrative issues identified during visits
- Work on and manage various administration-related projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries as requested and participate in planning and implementation of administrative strategies
- Liaise with vendors to procure office supplies, equipment, and services and maintain records of contracts and ensure timely renewal
- Oversee maintenance activities to ensure the office and facilities are in optimal condition
- Arrange and coordinate internal meetings, events, and training sessions and ensure availability of necessary facilities and resources
- Maintain and update records of office inventory and assets and monitor stock levels and initiate procurement processes as required
- Address employee concerns related to administrative services and maintained accurate and organized records of administrative activities
- Provide support for onboarding and workspace setup for new employees
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Preferably MBA
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and attendance management software
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
