Senior Officer Back End Support

Attock Petroleum Limited is looking for a dedicated Senior Backend Support Officer to oversee and enhance the backend operations of our Fleet Card section. This role is critical in managing the efficiency of fleet card transactions, ensuring secure data processing, and supporting the operational needs of the fleet card services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize backend operations related to fleet card transactions, including database management and transaction processing systems.
• Oversee new customer profile creation, card entry, activation, and deactivation processes.
• Generate daily summary/top-up reports and monthly sales reports.
• Handle quantity revisions/corrections and manage account openings.
• Prepare and distribute memos, manage hard copies of bills, and generate service and SMS charges reports.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly sales reports, GST invoices, and reward reports.
• Respond to cut-off data requirements and execute additional tasks as assigned.
