Job Purpose

To support budgeting, cost control, and coordination across departments by facilitating budget finalization. Ensure seamless execution of projects like Civil works, recovery projects, and emergency deployments through internal and external stakeholder engagement.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Bachelors or MBA

Job Description

Budgeting & controlling:

• Assist in reviewing Budget requirement from user, understanding requirement, and finalizing cost budget.
• Assist in Budget Monitoring - that provides effective cost visibility, areas of overrun and closely monitor major cost driver and take action accordingly to ensure that cost remains within Budget Limit.
  
  

Civil/IT

• Gathering Civil budget requirement from Civil Dept and coordinate with User to assist in finalizing Civil Budget.
• Centralized Monitoring and Issuance of IT equipment’s as per budget and reallocation accordingly if required.
• Conduct a survey to assess the compliance of various locations such as critical substations, major renovation & reconstruction projects, and others with civil requirements.
  
  

IBC On Wheels

• Coordinate with stakeholders for addressing their queries, resolve issues, and facilitate various services to make budgeted CFCs operational.
  
  

IT Functional (SAP)

• SAP Expertise’s for PR,PO,SR, MR creation and reporting GL extraction from SAP.
  
  

Distribution Wide - Emergency Deployment

• Coordinate with stakeholders for deployment in RAIN EMERGENCY for fleet and genset at various KE location.
