Purpose

The purpose of this position is to liaison between Internal and External Stakeholders, by supporting overall HR Employees Master Data.

Education

B.COM / BBA / BS

Knowledge

  • Hands-on knowledge for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Modules
  • Knowledge of HR Processes

Experience

1-3 Years of experience

BASIC JOB FUNCTION (Summary)

  • Managing data management function
  • Maintain data in SAP HCM & SF
  • Analysis & Reporting
  • Handling data & quires over self service portals
  • Prepare and share MIS of Employee data
  • Assist HR team for smooth transaction
  • Coordinate with HR for employee master data management

Key Responsibilities

  • SF & SAP HCM Data transmit
    • Rectify any discrepancy before data transmitting into SF & SAP HCM.
    • Checking of Payroll area/salary stoppage of employees.
    • Org unit/Position management and coordination with other functions
    • Responsible to maintain employee master data through Employee Self Service portal


  • Reconciliation of Data
    • Reconciliation of HR master data
    • Update SAP HCM
    • Reconciliation of Job/Grade and have correct data in SAP HCM
    • Cost center mapping in co-ordination with Finance & HR.
    • Location base Incentives & TOT tagging on PID, Job Information & Compensation
    • Replications of all Org. & Position Objects and employee data
  • Process Improvement Projects
    • Updating of employees’ records, ESS, HealthCare, Security etc
    • Modify and update organizational structure, line manager in SAP HCM.
    • Develop and maintain proper data and information retrieval, storage/filing system.
Principal Accountabilities

  • Ensuring timely creation of employee IDs and positions in SAP
  • Activation of payroll in SAP
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners for data related Queries
  • Ensure verification of received documents from the employee
  • Conduct analysis based on Hiring Report for Onboard and other stakeholders
  • Address issues highlighted by the team members and stakeholders
  • Control and maintain excel based database for incoming and outgoing employees for stakeholders
  • Responsible to communicate the issue to reporting manager regarding Data issue
  • Accountabilities Checks
  • Middle Month Actions & New Joiners Action Dates
  • Job & Grade Level verify with titles/ Job Levels
  • Duplicate Positions / Correct Positions ids
  • Verify Region, Department, Sub Dept and cluster & Incomplete Designation

SUCCESS FACTOR

  • Manage Employee Profile related tasks on SuccessFactors
  • Prepare template for Employee Profile & upload in Success factor.
  • Maintain data for SF recruitment module to raise Job Requisition in Success factor as confirmed by Business partner
  • Bulk Reporting Lines updation
  • Bulk Creating PIDs
  • Bulk Org. Assignments Activities
  • Manual Employee No Generation
  • All JRF related issues
