Purpose
The purpose of this position is to support the Fleet Performance team in the discharge of their responsibilities.
Education & Experience
Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Coordination with Stakeholders
Maintain close coordination with all tracker service providers to ensure system uptime and accuracy of data
Reconcile data with tracker service providers
Coordinate with internal users and resolve any user complaints which may arise acting as a liason between user and tracker service provider
Remain involved and support in coordination with all stakeholder during development of new tracker related initiatives and deployment of tracker related projects
Close coordination with tracker service providers and users in the case of vehicle theft and support in the recovery operations of the vehicle
Reporting
Ensure timely extraction of standard reports and provide said reports to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
Support in the development of custom reports which may be required by stakeholders from time to time
Monitoring and Maintenance
Monitor all tracker related data and identify discrepancies for rectification.
Maintain close watch of system and hardware uptime and schedule needed maintenance with the tracker vendor when required
