About This Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Architect, a driven and dynamic individual, focused on supporting sales through strategic business development initiatives within the Telecommunications, Fintech, and Banking domains. This role targets current customers, new prospects, resellers, enterprises, and partners globally.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert in mobile financial systems, supporting the sales team to help clients reimagine customer journeys and banking experiences through modern, scalable solutions.
- Advise on digital transformation strategies across areas such as mobile banking, digital onboarding, core banking modernization, and API banking.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client pain points, regulatory requirements, and technology landscapes—translating them into tailored digital banking solutions.
- Develop and present end-to-end digital banking architectures, including front-end channels, middleware integrations, core system enhancements, and cloud-native solutions.
- Drive technical pre-sales engagements with IT teams and innovation units, ensuring alignment of proposed solutions with business goals.
- Create and deliver compelling product demos, prototypes, and value propositions aligned with digital banking trends and industry benchmarks.
- Support RFP/RFI responses by contributing deep technical insights, use case scenarios, and solution blueprints that highlight innovation and regulatory readiness.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution designs align with Ericsson’s digital banking offerings and roadmap.
- Participate in co-creation workshops with fintech companies to help shape their digital agenda—focusing on personalization, embedded finance, open banking, and ecosystem strategies.
- Stay current with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML in banking, digital identity, real-time payments) to bring innovative thinking to every engagement.
- Help build and refine go-to-market strategies for digital banking solutions in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
- Mentor internal teams on digital banking technologies, customer expectations, and evolving market demands.
- Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery by aligning scope, solution design, and customer expectations.
- 5–10 years of technical and/or sales experience, with a strong background in the fintech domain.
- Proven success in driving sales and business development in the Telecommunications, Fintech, or Banking industries.
- Deep understanding and passion for the fintech landscape, with knowledge of industry trends and key market players.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that align with company objectives.
