Role & Responsibilities

• Offer related products and services to new customers
• Supports the success of an assigned team of salespeople, including Account Managers, and Business Development Sales Representatives.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
• Provides coaching and professional development to team-member
• Sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.
• In case of receiving of any information/document related to ADR of B. Braun's Products need to immediately report to Local Safety Officer.
• In case of receiving of any information/document related to Compliant of B. Braun's Products need to report within 24h to Local Safety Officer.

Professional Competencies

• Minimum Bachelor Degree / BSC preferred
• 3-5 years working experience in a similar capacity

• Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, and developing customer
• Good organization and interpersonal skills with ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.
• Independent, proactive, with good attitude and mindset.
• Must take initiative to complete task assigned
