How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead the execution of complex projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of steam turbine projects and spare parts supplies management, while maintaining or exceeding planned profitability and cashflow.
- Establish and maintain robust project management systems, integrating real-time KPI metrics visualization to enhance decision-making processes.
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective stakeholder engagement and proactive project management strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions and develop quality management systems to ensure alignment and understanding among project teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree or preferably Masters degree, with APMP professional qualification or certification by PM@Siemens/Siemens Energy Assessment Board
- Proven experience in managing complex Energy Sector projects, with a track record of successful cost control and profit maximisation
- Strong financial management skills and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
