Senior Project Manager - Salesforce

The Senior Project Manager for Salesforce Projects is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Salesforce-related initiatives while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce platforms, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendors toward successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver Salesforce projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports to track progress.
• Manage internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and resolve them proactively.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and Salesforce technical solutions.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in Salesforce.
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce platforms and ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
