The Role 

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Developer to join our team. You'll lead the design, development, and implementation of Python-based applications, working closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, performance-optimized software.

What You'll Do 

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications 
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions 
• Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and ensure effective integration with CRM databases 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions 
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues 
• Write clean, testable code 
• Mentor and support junior developers 
• Stay updated with the latest Python developments 

What You Bring 

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience 
• Expertise in frameworks like Django or Flask 
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL optimization 
• Strong experience with FastAPI. 
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms 
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases 
• Excellent problem-solving abilities 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
