Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will lead testing activities, implement best QA practices, and support the QA team in delivering reliable, scalable, and bug-free applications.

Key Responsibility:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Create and implement test plans, test strategies, and QA processes.
• Work closely with development, product management, and UX teams to understand project requirements.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements to post-release support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers on best practices and test automation.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of QA experience, including both manual and automation testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright).
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with mobile testing (Android/iOS).
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
