Senior React Native Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior React Native Developer who thrives on building beautiful, high-performance mobile apps. You should be passionate about crafting elegant code, solving complex problems, and taking full ownership of the mobile experience. This role is hands-on — we want someone who codes daily, leads by example, and contributes directly to our product's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-quality, scalable React Native mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Drive performance optimization, offline support, and app reliability.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and native device features.
• Review code, mentor mid-level/junior developers, and enforce best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest mobile development trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–9 years of professional experience in React Native and mobile development and .
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of React Native architecture, lifecycle, navigation, and animations.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
• Hands-on experience integrating native modules and third-party SDKs (Firebase, Analytics, Maps, etc.).
• Solid understanding of mobile performance, memory optimization, and debugging tools.
• Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
