We’re looking for a Senior React Native Developer to lead the development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications. You’ll be responsible for architectural decisions, hands-on implementation, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with design and product teams to deliver outstanding user experiences across iOS and Android

.What You’ll D

  • oLead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable mobile applications using React Nativ
  • eStay hands-on with critical development tasks, performance optimization, and complex UI/UX flow
  • sCollaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into seamless mobile experience
  • sIntegrate with native modules and third-party SDKs (camera, maps, payments, etc.) when neede
  • dDrive best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and deployment pipeline
  • sMentor and support junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a strong engineering cultur
  • eAct as the primary technical point of contact for internal teams or clients, ensuring clarity around scope, technical trade-offs, and delivery timeline
  • sStay current on React Native updates, mobile architecture patterns, and ecosystem tools like Hermes, TurboModules, and Fabri

cWhat We’re Looking Fo

  • r8–10 years of experience in software engineerin
  • gStrong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and React Native fundamental
  • sSolid understanding of mobile performance bottlenecks, UI rendering, and memory optimizatio
  • nExperience integrating native modules or bridging with Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Jav
  • aFamiliarity with tools like Fastlane, App Center, Firebase, TestFlight, Play Console, and crash/error reporting platform
  • sProficiency in CI/CD setup, automated testing (Jest, Detox), and mobile release processe
  • sExcellent communication and leadership skills, especially in client-facing or cross-functional team setting
