Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with a deep understanding of the platform and its capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions for our clients, as well as providing technical guidance and support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and technologies
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates on project progress
• Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their technical skills
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities
• Experience with Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
• Salesforce certifications (Dev 401, App Builder, Platform Developer) preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
