We become a trusted strategic ally to our dealers, “grease in the wheels” to help their business run more smoothly and profitably The Position: We are seeking a skilled Clarion Developer to join our development team. As a Clarion Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the Clarion programming language. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Clarion, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently About the Role:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Clarion programming language.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for future growth.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for code and software processes.
• Integrate Clarion applications with databases, APIs, and third-party services.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and other team members as needed.

Who we are looking for:

• Proficiency in Clarion programming language.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably using Clarion.
• Experience with Clarion IDE and Clarion templates.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with API integration and third-party services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Windows-based application development.
• Knowledge of other programming languages like .NET, C#, or Delphi.
• Experience in legacy system migration or modernization.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
