About the Role

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead and manage a team of developers, designers, and QAs to deliver exceptional software solutions for our prestigious clients. In this role, you can make key decisions regarding your team's composition and project execution.

Responsibilities:

● Direct and guide a team of software developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.

● Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

● Architect, develop and implement high-quality software solutions that meet client needs and industry best practices.

● Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

● Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders.

● Make independent decisions regarding hiring and resource allocation within your team.

● Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

● Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the team.

● Contribute to the growth and development of team members through coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

● Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

● Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript

● Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies

● Solid understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
