  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards
  • Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in existing applications
  • Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to improve processes and products
  • Implement best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend technologies
  • Proficient in PHP (Laravel) or Python frameworks
  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with API design and microservices architecture
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Proven track record of building scalable applications in a cloud environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
