Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards
Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in existing applications
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment
Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to improve processes and products
Implement best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend technologies
Proficient in PHP (Laravel) or Python frameworks
Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with API design and microservices architecture
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Proven track record of building scalable applications in a cloud environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred qualifications include{{:}

Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipeline
Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plu
Exposure to machine learning or AI technologie
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environmen
