Your Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across operations, warehousing, customer service, transportation, and supply chain functions.
• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements and build proactive hiring plans.
• Implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and talent pipelines.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs, university partnerships, and industry events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing the interview and selection process professionally and efficiently.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
• Lead and monitor the execution of global and regional performance and talent management programs, including the performance review cycle, calibration, succession planning, and identification of high-potential employees.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and tools to managers and employees on talent development, individual development plans (IDPs), and career planning, while also facilitating Employee Development Reviews (EDRs).
  
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
• Excellent command of MS Office 365.
• Dynamic and self-driven individual who can perform under pressure and take initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of industry-specific hiring challenges and market trends.
