Senior Technical Lead

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, drive automation initiatives, and strengthen our CI/CD and cloud-native ecosystem. Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
• Implement, optimize, and monitor CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable software delivery
• Ensure cloud infrastructure meets requirements for security, scalability, availability, and performance
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using DevOps best practices
• Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure stable and efficient cloud operations
• Actively participate in a cross-functional Agile/Scrum team
• Troubleshoot cloud, network, and infrastructure-related issues
• Contribute to cost optimization, resource management, and performance tuning
  
  

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline is preferred.
• 6–8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (multi-cloud experience is a strong plus)
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools
• Solid experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of cloud networking concepts (VPC, DNS, Load Balancers, VPNs)
• Experience implementing cloud security best practices and compliance controls
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE) and working with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Cloud Run) is a plus.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace), GitLab CI/CD, and cloud cost management / FinOps practices is a plus.
• Contributions to open-source projects and/or holding cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Associate Cloud Engineer) are considered a plus.
