Position: Senior UI UX Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our software products
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Conduct usability testing and make necessary adjustments to improve the user experience
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Understanding of front-end development and ability to communicate with developers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
