Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer with a proven track record in designing websites and
applications that meet international accessibility and usability standards. The designer will lead
the effort to create a modern, mobile-responsive, and user-friendly interface for a government
website.
Responsibilities
Lead the design process for a world-class website, from wireframes to final prototypes.
Ensure compliance with WCAG and other international accessibility standards.
Collaborate with developers to implement designs effectively.
Conduct advanced user research and usability testing for data-driven design decisions.
Optimize the user experience for diverse audiences, including non-tech-savvy users.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or related fields. Masters preferred.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for enterprise-grade websites or government
platforms.
Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
Strong portfolio showcasing complex, responsive design projects.
Solid knowledge of web accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG, Section 508).
