Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Unity Developer specializing in hyper-casual games to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing hyper-casual games, a deep understanding of Unity, and a passion for creating fun, engaging, and optimized gameplay experiences. You will be responsible for leading the development process from ideation to launch, ensuring smooth gameplay mechanics, and optimizing for performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of hyper-casual games using Unity 3D.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging and addictive gameplay experiences.
• Optimize games for performance, including memory usage, frame rates, and load times.
• Implement in-game mechanics, physics, UI elements, animations, and special effects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including bug fixes and performance improvements.
• Mentor and support junior developers, ensuring coding best practices are followed.
• Ensure games run smoothly across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Stay updated with the latest trends in hyper-casual gaming and Unity development.
• Conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure a smooth and polished user experience.

• 3+ years of experience in Unity development, with a focus on hyper-casual games.
• Strong proficiency in C# programming and the Unity game engine.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful hyper-casual games.

• Experience with mobile game development for iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
• Familiarity with in-app purchases, ad integration, and monetization strategies.
