Senior UX Researcher

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a key role in establishing UX research practices, shaping our decision-making culture, and upskilling the team across different research methods and product discovery approaches. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves turning data into stories that influence product direction, and wants to help build a research-driven culture from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Lead Research Across the Product Lifecycle

• Own and execute end-to-end research initiatives (from scoping to synthesis)
• Conduct both exploratory (foundational) and evaluative studies
• Apply diverse research methods: usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies, concept testing, etc
• Translate research insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  
  

Build Research Practice Excellence

• Establish and document UX research standards, frameworks, and tools
• Create scalable research processes, templates, and playbooks
• Evaluate and recommend research platforms & systems
  
  

Enable & Upskill Teams

• Coach and support designers, PMs, and cross-functional partners in applying research methods
• Host learning sessions, office hours, and training workshops
• Establish feedback loops and improve research quality & efficiency across squads
  
  

Strategic Influence & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leads to shape discovery and product direction
• Convert business and product goals into prioritized research roadmaps
• Present insights confidently — translating data into compelling stories
• Influence product strategy with evidence-based insights
  
  

Culture & Collaboration

• Foster a user-centric mindset across the organization
• Advocate for customer empathy and continuous learning
• Drive collaboration and alignment with stakeholders at all levels
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on UX research experience in a fast-paced product environment
• Proven success running mixed-methods research independently
• Strong research craft — from planning and recruiting to synthesis and insight delivery
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and storytelling skills
• Ability to influence product decisions and challenge assumptions with empathy and data
• Experience working in agile squads or tribes
• Passion for coaching and helping teams scale their research maturity
