Senior Visual Designer (Brand designer)
Invesp

We’re looking for a senior visual designer with a sharp eye for detail, strong creative instincts, and deep experience working with premium eCommerce brands. You’ll play a key role in translating strategy into high-impact visuals that align with brand identity and convert. If your background includes roles like Senior Visual Designer, Art Director, UI Designer, or Brand Designer—and you’ve spent time in fast-paced agency environments—we’d love to see your work.
Our Values:
- Every detail matters—which is why we never cut corners on how we present our work, communicate internally, or deliver for clients. Every detail reflects on us.
- Extreme Ownership. Great agency work depends on trust. Everyone on the team needs to own their role fully—because the whole only works when every part is solid.
- We take full responsibility—spot the issue, take action, and follow through without being asked.
- Ask: “What else can I do?” Go beyond the task. Look for the extra step that adds value.
- Reject Average. Don’t settle. Push for work that’s sharp, thoughtful, and above the standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the visual design output for multiple client projects, transforming strategic direction and wireframes into polished, high-converting mockups.
- Ensure all design deliverables align with each brand’s identity while also supporting performance and usability goals.
- Provide visual direction and design feedback across the team—helping others elevate their work and stay aligned with client standards.
- Develop and maintain design systems, brand guides, and asset libraries across client accounts.
- Collaborate closely with UX, development, and CRO teams to ensure design is seamlessly executed.
- Stay current on visual and eCommerce design trends, bringing fresh thinking to every project.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
- Experience working in an agency or a fast-paced, multi-client setting.
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong typography, layout, color, and branding skills, with a track record of producing clean, high-converting work.
- Expert-level Figma skills, including building and maintaining design systems.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to defend design decisions clearly.
- Collaborative mindset—comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a team setting.
- Familiarity with UX principles and how visual design supports user flows and conversions.
Benefits
- Work with top brands in North America!
- Promotion opportunities. Grow, share knowledge, and advance within the company.
- Paid leave. Enjoy 12 days of PTO, eight last Friday of the month off, plus holidays! (total of 25 paid time off)
Working Hours for Candidates Outside North and South America
We welcome global applicants; however, this role requires availability for internal and client meetings, primarily within North American and European time zones. Your core working hours will be 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, to align with the team's and client's schedules.
The remainder of your schedule is flexible and can be planned around these core and ad hoc commitments.
