Our partners in the UK are looking to strengthen their growth marketing agency with an SEO Specialist who’s full of drive and determination.

The ideal candidate will develop, implement, track and manage a portfolio of clients within an agency environment. This opportunity provides excellent global experience to a wide range of industries such as finance, marketing, technology and eCommerce.

Key attributes

You should have a strong grasp of current SEO tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated SEO projects from concept to execution. As part of our team, you will work with the larger marketing agency team to deliver monthly improvements as promised and proposed.

You will be responsible for all SEO activities, ranging from technical SEO, outreach SEO, On-page/Off-page SEO, link-building, and SEO marketing automation.

As Part Of Your Responsibilities, You Will

  • Develop optimization strategies that increase search engine rankings
  • Research and track keywords to use that will gain a competitive advantage and build traffic
  • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in SEO rankings
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to build an informed SEO strategy
  • Collaborate with others within the team to manage SEO strategy
  • Master the latest tools and techniques and proactively encourage the agency to try new things that may improve performance.
  • Audit various clients' websites
  • Identify and implement metadata improvements
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyse competitor sites
  • Advise on user experience improvements on the clients' websites
  • Develop, manage and implement link-building strategies
  • Make SEO-based changes on the company webpage using WordPress
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive content creation and SEO.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Update content and website links for maximum optimisation and search engine rankings
  • Measure and report the performance of all SEO campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise work streams based on the insights
  • Leverage SEO using marketing automation tools and chatbots
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience

Requirements And Skills

  • Degree in digital marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
  • Competent user of Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMRush, WordPress, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot etc.
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills - should be able to understand raw data and draw insightful conclusions (on organic traffic in particular).
  • Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
  • Understanding of on-page + off-page optimisation, and link building
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven reporting skills.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and SEO
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Base Salary: 170,000 - 200,000 PKR (negotiable)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM UK Timezone
