Role Overview
AdPulse Global is seeking a forward-thinking and results-oriented SEO Specialist to enhance our clients' digital footprint in the evolving search landscape. You will be instrumental in developing and executing cutting-edge SEO strategies that drive organic growth and visibility, fully considering the impact of Generative AI on search and user behavior. This role requires a keen understanding of Google's latest guidelines, including E-E-A-T principles and the Helpful Content System, and how to adapt strategies for optimal performance in an AI-influenced search environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals, focusing on sustainable organic growth and improved search rankings.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience analysis, considering shifts in search intent influenced by AI-driven search features (e.g., AI Overviews).
- Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for search engines and user experience, ensuring alignment with E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) and helpful content guidelines.
- Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with development teams to implement fixes (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexability, schema markup).
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., providing actionable insights and regular reports to clients.
- Stay abreast of Google's algorithm updates, industry best practices, and the evolving role of AI in search, adapting strategies proactively.
- Advise on content creation and optimization strategies that are valuable to users and resilient to changes in search algorithms, including how content might be surfaced in AI Overviews.
- Identify opportunities for link acquisition and improving domain authority through ethical and effective outreach and content promotion.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets and campaigns.
- Support clients with budget considerations for SEO initiatives and deliver campaigns based on agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Understand how to ethically leverage AI tools for SEO tasks (e.g., content ideation, technical analysis, data interpretation) while prioritizing human oversight and quality.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of dedicated experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies that demonstrably improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Strong understanding of modern SEO principles, including technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and local SEO.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Google's evolving algorithm, including the Helpful Content System, E-E-A-T, and the impact of AI Overviews and Generative AI on search.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex SEO concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Awareness of how user experience (UX) and Core Web Vitals impact SEO.
