Were looking for an SEO Specialist who can lead with strategy and deliver real, measurable organic performance. This isnt a checkbox role, we need someone who can build and execute a clear SEO roadmap that improves rankings, drives qualified traffic, and generates leads.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals and focus on organic growth.
- Identify high-performing keywords, target opportunities, and prioritize optimization tasks that deliver results.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to optimize website structure, crawlability, site speed, and mobile performance.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user intent.
- Implement on-page SEO improvements such as metadata optimization, heading structures, and URL strategies.
- Build and manage link-building strategies to increase domain authority and enhance visibility.
- Analyze, monitor, and report on performance metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes, applying new strategies for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, dev, content) to ensure SEO best practices are maintained across all platforms.
- Optimize local SEO efforts, including Google My Business, for regional and location-specific visibility.
- 3+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in B2B services or AEC industries.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proven ability to strategize, plan, and execute SEO campaigns that lead to measurable results.
- Experience with CMS platforms and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for staying ahead of SEO trends and best practices.
