We have ambitious plans to significantly scale our existing business, broaden our product suite, and continue to grow revenue profitably year on year, with a clear roadmap of how we will get there. We are hiring an experienced SEO Specialist to strengthen our visibility across Google and evolving search platforms. This role focuses on performance-driven, technically sound SEO growth work.
You'll work across core pages, training categories, and emerging verticals, while staying responsive to the changing search landscape.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can independently investigate performance issues, propose fixes, collaborate cross-functionally, and execute SEO strategies backed by data.
What you will be doing:
- Own SEO performance across our highest-impact pages—bringing visibility, value, and volume
- Solve technical challenges related to indexing, structured data, and crawling with tools like GSC, Screaming Frog, and log files
- Dive deep into traffic trends, drops, and anomalies—unpacking insights from GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and beyond
- Conduct strategic keyword research that bridges real-world search intent with business outcomes
- Craft (or support) content briefs that convert—highlighting structure, on-page guidance, and internal linking
- Collaborate with content, design, and dev teams to bring SEO ideas to life (no siloed handoffs here)
- Build smart, scalable AI-assisted workflows—from bulk meta tag generation to title testing.
- Lead regular audits—checking redirects, cleaning up internal links, flagging duplication, and mapping schema
- Track what matters: rankings, traffic, CTR, indexation, conversion—and surface the story with dashboards.
- Stay sharp on search trends—like AI Overviews, SERP evolution, or new search behaviors—and help us evolve with them.
- Sync with Paid Marketing to share search insights and optimize performance holistically.
- Grow local SEO presence—improving landing pages, NAP consistency, and regional visibility.
- Experiment boldly—test titles, test anchors, test what actually moves the needle.
- Contribute to scalable SEO systems with strong technical and strategic grounding.
What we are looking for:
- You’ve shipped real SEO wins, not just created reports
- You wield GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush like muscle memory
- You understand search today, not just how it worked years ago
- You’ve created or shaped content that ranks and converts, not just stuffed it with keywords
- You focus on impact over tasks—and love measuring what matters
- You’re self-driven, curious, and action-oriented—a natural experimenter
- You can confidently manage your own workflows and keep things moving
Bonus Points For:
- Using AI to streamline or scale SEO workflows
- Experience with modern SERP features (AI overviews, featured snippets, etc.)
- Built SEO dashboards that tell a clear story
- Curiosity around non-traditional search engines like YouTube, Quora, Reddit
