Looking for a Servier Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management:
  • Monitoring and managing instances, storage, and network configurations.
  • Implementing cost-optimization strategies and ensuring security compliance.
  • Other services EKS, AKS, etc.
  • On-Premises Infrastructure Management:
  • Overseeing VMware environments, including VM provisioning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Windows Server Administration:
  • Managing Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, Group Policies, and user account administration.
  • Ensuring periodic system updates and patch management.
  • Linux Server Administration:
  • Centralized user management, Handling routine tasks such as updates, log analysis, service management, and troubleshooting.
  • Virtual Machine Management:
  • Provisioning, configuring, and maintaining virtual environments.
  • Client Support:
  • Addressing and resolving client issues in a timely manner to ensure service continuity.
  • Migration Support:
  • Planning and executing system and data migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and risk.
  • SSL and DNS Management:
  • Managing SSL certificates and DNS configurations to maintain secure and reliable connections.
  • DevOps-Related Tasks and Research:
  • Supporting initial DevOps activities such as CI/CD implementation, infrastructure automation, and deployment pipelines.
  • Conducting R&D to lay the foundation for a robust DevOps team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Experience in Centralized user management, Handling routine tasks such as updates, log analysis, service management, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in Managing Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, Group Policies, and user account administration.
