Job Summary
Provide support for managing transportation activities, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
Record keeping, ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.

Job Summary
Provide support for managing transportation activities, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
Record keeping, ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Major Responsibilities
- Shipping arrangement of all internal (Depots) and external (Distributors & Institutional Stockiest) orders.
- Timely and accurate delivery of products to customers while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Verify the accuracy and integrity of outgoing shipments, including batch verification, temperature monitoring, and documentation review as per SOPs.
- Exports management of shipments from Landhi and from Third-party logistics.
- Keep Temperature records of all shipped orders as per Abbott standards.
- Arrange maintenance of Vehicles and keep record updates.
- Verification of Invoices of vendors along with all documents.
- Coordinate and track the movement of goods with logistic partners.
- Filing and record keeping of all relevant documents and updating shipment records on a routine basis.
- Maintain KPIs for stock shipment efficiency, time management & transportation efficiency.
- Manage good housekeeping & EHS related matters.
- Graduate, preferably MBA
- 2-3 years relevant experience in Pharma or a relevant company in a similar capacity
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
